Are you an authorized dealer

Yes we are an authorized dealer for all the products that we sell.  We follow all the guidelines set by the manufactures.  Some websites may have cheaper prices but you may not be buying from an authorized dealer.  If this is the case the warranty will not be honored by the manufacture.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy.  However, please contact us to obtain an RMA before returning any merchandise. Please see our Customer Service page for more information.

Will my information be kept private?

We do not and never will give any information to 3rd parties.  All information obtained is strictly for fulfilling our customer’s orders.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all forms of payment via PayPal.  Even if you don't have a PayPal account you can use PayPal to complete the transaction using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover

Do you need AT&T or T-Mobile service to use ScoutGuard SG580M?

No, you can purchase a SIM card from AT&T and use a prepaid account.  The prices run from $5 to $20 a month for the prepaid mms messaging.  But you can cancel at any time and simply use the SD card to collect your pictures.

What if my packages arrives damaged/lost?

A claim will be filed for the damaged/lost package. These claims can take upwards of 30 days.  If you would like a second shipment to be made, you will be charged for the replacement order and be credited for the lost order upon resolution of the lost package.
